Samira taught first, third and fourth grades in New York City and Honduras. During her time in the classroom she developed an interest in systems that support deeper student learning, and went on to persue this and other topics of study at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education. Most recently, Samira served as an assistant principal for an elementary school in the Bay Area.
