Jess has been the leader of eSpark’s PD team since 2022. She is a former high school English teacher and knows firsthand how precious your time is. Jess is always excited to see how personalized learning sparks joy for educators and students. You can typically find her with a good book or enjoying the California beaches.

Ian brings 8+ years of secondary education experiences to the table, including ELA/AVID teaching, and leadership positions as department head and dean of students. He’s a fan of golf, pickleball, and many other sports. His favorite book to teach is Trevor Noah’s Born a Crime.
